We are a small business with environmental integrity and pride ourselves in hand crafting each loaf. With our recent expansion and relocation to a renovated dairy in the hamlet of Glen Tay, near Perth, we are now able to complement our staple line of breads with a variety of rustic pastries.Now in our sixth year of operation, we continue to receive many letters and phone calls from our customers saying how much they enjoy our bread. The gentle and forgiving manner in which a stream erodes its bed signifies slow and consistent change. Sea Salt

Unrefined Sea Salt

Premium natural North Atlantic sea salt is sun-dried with no addition of whitening or anti-caking chemicals. This traditional dried sea salt contains trace essential minerals and is necessary in bread to control the leavening process and aid in digestion. We use Le Poludier salt.

We add 1% by weight to each loaf and 0.75% to the rice loaf.
