With our recent expansion and relocation to a renovated dairy in the hamlet of Glen Tay, near Perth, we are now able to complement our staple line of breads with a variety of rustic pastries.Now in our sixth year of operation, we continue to receive many letters and phone calls from our customers saying how much they enjoy our bread. The gentle and forgiving manner in which a stream erodes its bed signifies slow and consistent change. Graham Beck started Little Stream as a backwoods organic bakery in Mississippi Station, Ontario. He is a self taught European style baker with a firm footing in the organic foods movement. Graham's personal commitment to alternative health, technologies and economic structure are the mainstay of Little Stream Bakery's vision.
